I’m a Slavic languages and literatures student and also love taking history courses every chance I get. I’m a huge fan of almost anything aviation-related. By writing historical fiction, I get to share my passion for getting inside the minds of the men and women who lived during some of the most fascinating times in history. My first trilogy of books, beginning with So Long as We Live, is set during World War Two, and follows a handful of Polish exiles from their homeland, to England–and back again.

A previous draft of the first chapter of So Long as We Live was published under the title Diary of a Polish Airman in the winter 2016 issue of The Birch, the undergraduate academic journal of the Slavic Studies department at Columbia University. My historical essay about Tadeusz Kosciuszko also won a writing contest at South Puget Sound Community College.
